I've struggled with my weight for a long time. My weight history here, including the large gaps, tells the story. I think my highest measured weight ever was 270 lbs. My "goal weight" of 210 is pretty random. The various charts and tables tell me I should be down around 180, but when I've gone that low in the past (decades ago) I didn't feel particularly good: hands and feet cold all the time, weak, depressed, etc. In any case, I'll worry about goal weight when I'm close enough to give it some thought!
