Here are a couple high protein meals with tons of veggies which fill me up and keep the carbs down. I will post a few carb options that are also very filling and delicious!

Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli (A ton of food and only 365 Calories)
Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 x 4 oz, 224g
Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp
Broccoli
2 cups chopped

Egg White Veggie Scramble with Toast only 398 Calories(Tastes Awesome)
Land O'Lakes Salted Butter
1/2 x 1 tbsp, 7 g
Market Pantry Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four-cheese Blend Cheese
1/4 cup, 28 g

Help
Everyone is different but this is what I did and it has really helped me keep my weight loss constant at around 3+ lbs. a week for the past 6 weeks. I do not pay attention to my Fat or Protein intake (Don't do crazy on the fat tho as it is doubly dense on the calories and will drive your calories up) but I do my best to keep my net carbs to below 100g a day. I would change your sugar option to net carbs, even tho an apple has a lot of sugar it also has a lot of fiber which your body will not digest. (The reason I do by net carbs)Like I said everyone is different, your diets seems to be well balanced which is awesome I would just move from less bread and grains to a lot more fruits and vegetables. Also try to eat protein with every meal. Eggs for breakfast, Turkey or Chicken for lunch, Turkey, Chicken, Fish, or a little red meat for dinner. Hope this helps! Good Luck. Very Happy
