I have not been this heavy for 4 years, I have a friends wedding in 15 weeks and I really really need to knuckle down if I want to be happy being photographed.

Today was the last day at our Badminton group till the schools go back in August x It was Strawberry Tart day!! grrr arghh x x I had 3 I just couldn't help it x x the sweetness was divine x x
I did say no at first and had a cup of water - really thirsty after a few games but I saw them and I could smell them so I ate them xx x
Gym later but it will need to be a super work out x x I doubt my pee will be anywhere near purple tomorow x x

ok folks this is my last day as a fat person.
Have I done this before? Of course I have!
Why then should this time be any different??
Because at my Daughters Cheerleading competition yesterday the largest size of T-shirt on sale did not fit me! it wouldn't even cover my chest!!
I was trying to kid myself and say that I'd got to the stand too late and all the xxl were sold out. No!! xl was the largest size and it was still too small.
So with that firmly in mind I will lose weight! I will fit into a Medium by the same Cheer comp next Year!!
That is what is going to motivate me and that is why this time will be the last time I try to lose weight!!
