Hi. I'm New
Me too Skystar!
I did really well for a while and was at a perfect weight but I am an emotional eater and this last year has been very stressful! I too can no longer fit in my favorite clothes and I am Depressed with a Capital D about that! I need to lose 20 lbs.
Normally wieght loss was easy for me but now that I am 39 it's not that easy anymore. I am lacking motivation too. I do really well all day and then I get home and sneak it a little treat or some cheese or something that I know I shouldn't have. Sad

I am really going to make 2012 the year to get back to me!!
