About the exercise diary
May sound silly but when I enter my exercise for today (whatever day that is) I have to replace that time with the preset sleeping time. Is that sleeping time for today? Like I go to bed at 11pm on day X, awake at 5am on day Y, do I replace it for day Y?
This is probably so simple but I'm curious! Feedback?
