Well here I am!! Back again after a long time!! I did put on more weight but I'm motivated to take it off. I am about 168. NOT WEIGHING MYSELF! My goal is 140. All in all about 25 to 30 lbs to lose. I went from a size 4 to a siz 10. Not happy with that. But it's a new day. No more excuses!

ugh 2 lbs!! I know what I did wrong. I have to be stronger and more disciplined this week and remember....NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!!

not feel well today :( Gastritis returned this morning because of all the feta cheese i ate yesterday. Why can't i ever learn I can't eat whole dairy????!!!! I'm a mess today. Menstrual cycle returned after 45 days so i guess it's fruitless to weigh in tomorrow. I have a feeling i'll just be disappointed. We'll see what happens. Pretty discouraged after coming home from pics with the kids yesterday. Wrinkles were so bad the girl had to retouch the pics!! OMG...welcome mid 40's!!! I was happy with the pics overall but that was just unmotivating. I just wanted to come home and eat. Gonna get out and walk tonight.

I'm feeling a tiny bit lighter. I have been good so far this week. I'm a bit concerned because I put the cigarettes down two days ago. I am thinking about how this will affect my weight. Time to adopt new healthy habits. I am probably not gonna be running any longer since my knee has been giving me problems. I'm be walking and biking which is better for me anyway. Today I'm feeling: OPTIMISTIC!!!
