Difference Between Walking and Hiking
Thank you Nodaa and Sandy701 for your replies. I agree with you both--I believe I am hiking. Walking would be more like doing it in town on sidewalks or in a shopping mall, but I am going up and down hills.

Thanks too for the advice on figuring pace and distance!

Difference Between Walking and Hiking
Can anyone tell me the difference between these two activities?

I walk for an hour and a half every other day on a nature trail at a nearby park. The ground is rough in spots, it is hilly (enough to get my hart pumping for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. Unfortunately, I have no idea how long the trail is. Since I don't know the length, I don't know what pace I am walking, but I'm guessing it's moderate.

How To Enter My Serving Size
I just started trying to use Fatsecret. Was thrilled to see the exact brand of yogurt I am eating (Fage Total Greek Yogurt), but when I went to add it to my breakfast food list, the only choice I had was one serving, which according to them is the whole container. I actually measured the yogurt I ate and it is only 32 grams. How can I change the amount eaten?
