The Oatmeal Diet
I am on my 5th day of eating oatmeal as my primary food and plan to go 30 days. I add raisins, pears, apple or fresh pineapple plus cinnamon & flax seed. I am also ingesting a vast array of supplements. I chose oatmeal because there's no sugar or gluten, it's palatable to me and I can stick with it. The reason I started this plan is that I can't stop overeating. My thinking is if I can do this for 30 days, it will set a new mental pattern and help me train my brain to view food as fuel, not entertainment.
