Hi, My name is Lauren and I am 26 years old. About 9 months ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS, thyroid disease and pre-diabetes. I was told to go on the South Beach diet by my doctor. I was very faithful with it for the first 6 months or so, but I have fallen off the wagon. I am trying very hard to get back on, but it is more difficult then I thought. Especially with a husband that is a stick and can eat whatever he wants!! I am hoping to get the support I need by talking to some people who are going through similar things.
