i really want to lose my belly fat!!! i used to run everyday during the summer for 30-40 minutes until my leg started hurting bad and had to stop for the last 5 weeks and my stomach has gotten bigger... not that it was any smaller when i was running but it wasn't sticking out as much.. maybe i'm just paranoid.
