Fat smash diety Phase I
I made it through with: Veggie Stir Fry w/tofu & rice, Roasted Veggies & rice (in the book), Green Bean salad & rice (also in the book, Breakfast bowl: egg whites, black beans, homemade salsa. And to make the oatmeal better I added a bunch of blueberries, strawberries and a banana.
Snacks: frozen grapes, all kinds of fruit, baby carrots w/hummus
Unfortunately the list of foods is small so you have to be creative. I even cheated a day in the middle and had sushi. Its only 9 days, u can do it. I lost 5 lbs the first 9 days so it was worth it!
