I am 37 married to a wonderful man with 3 daughters 2 of them are live in GA and the youngest just turned 13 and lives with us of course. We have moved 4 times in 8 years due to my husbands job. It is hard feeling like you are living in a constant state of temporary. I have always been insecure with lack of confidence. Some days are better that others. I have been a heavy as 203 and as small as 125 fore the past, oh i would say 5 years I yo,yo between 150-160. I have been trying unsuccessfully to lose 25-30lbs for the past several years. I should state I have actually probably lost 100+ it has just been the same 5lbs :( So I am jumping on the wagon with hope and determination and a new sense of self awareness i feel i have gained as i get older or maybe just a sense of not caring so much anymore what others think of me. To FINALLY and forever lose the weight, stop binging, find the strength and confidence that I know I posses inside and stop marching around this mountain or getting half way up only to fall down again and finally, finally reach the top with more confidence and joy and a sense of accomplishment knowing that I finally conquered my inner self doubt and insecurity and yes to finally feel great about my self on the inside and out... and feel great in my clothes. I know this will be a day to day challenge and it is much harder done alone so I am hoping to meet some great buddies who share the same challenge and have similar goals.
