started march 15 2013 110kg and 48yr old. Did not do any workouts for over 20yrs! never done weight training in my life! Now (March 15 2014!) do weights 3 times a week, do cardio 4 times a week. try to keep negative calories count of about 500-700kcal a day, on 2000-2200 kcal diet! FATSECRET change my life!
update june 2017.. I lift, so I am! training daily, lifting heavy, eating clean. Current macros 275/50/100 - KETO ALL THE WAY!
