Namaste to all yogis!
youtube has a lot of great videos, however i do think it's best to attend a yoga class, and workout with other people together, it does make a difference than working out alone. you support each other and motivate each other somehow. i really enjoy it.

gaining weight but losing body fat % - i can take that!!
those scales are pretty expensive.. i don't go to the gym so i have never weight myself in one of those, but would like to see. i am not overweight but i do want to lose a few pounds and my belly fat. seems like all my fat are in my belly and hip/thighs area. (i think most women do..) but sometimes i feel my belly is also due to my constipation.. anyway, thanks for your response.

where can you buy a scale with fat%??? how much is it? and how does it work to calculate your fat %??

i love yoga, i do it everyday, i do power/flow vinyasa, hot, and hatha (during lazy days). they definately make me sweat but i always wonder how much calories do i burn from them? i'm not having success in losing weight from yoga but i do feel i am building muscles. i am not on diet but i wish i could, i just love to eat and don't have a lot of control on that, but i always try to eat healthy!
