This isn't working
stmueller is right! NEVER eat less than 1200 calories a day. Especially for someone your age. You need the nutrients! I started dieting at 220 pounds. I lost 65 pounds 3 years ago. When my life got stressful, I turned to food, and I gained some of that weight back. Now I am trying to get rid of it again. If I go below 1200 calories a day, I will not lose one ounce! So-- Eat more and move around more. Help your parents clean house-Smile
