I have been a teacher for most of the past 20+ years. I currently teach Electronics, Robotics, and Telecommunications to high school students. Iam also a student myself, working on both an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and a PhD in Instructional Design.
I am a stress eater and always have been. I find comfort in food, particularly traditional southern cooking with all of it's fat and carbohydrates. Given my situation of working full time and essentially going to school full time (9 graduate credits per semester) I have plenty of stress to make want to eat.
One of my biggest challenges is going to be getting the exercise that I need. It's tough finding time to work it in, but Iam going to give it my best shot!
