Hello Everyone! I am a 54 year old female who has been struggling with my weight for the last 15 years. I have been as high as 210lbs and down to 150lbs many times over this time frame. Up down, Up down over and over.

I have a wonderful husband that wants me to be healthy (not fixed on a certain weight). I have set my goal for 128 but maybe I reach my healthy weight at 140. I am working with a trainer who is holding me accountable to my work out schedule. He has designed a meal plan to go along with the workouts and that can be maintained for life once I am no longer working with him. This time I am going for the lifestyle change not the diet. :-)

So here is to a fresh start! This time I realize the changes have to be for life, not just to loose a few pounds and then go right back to where I was before. I realize there are always going to be struggles in life that we all have to work through. I can no longer comfort myself with bad food choices. As I stumble along the way I will pick myself up and keep on going.
