My goal is not weight loss, it is cholesterol control and tracking. Recording what I eat every day and seeing the amount of daily cholesterol I eat is very helpful. I know exercise also helps lower cholesterol, but that for me will be a bigger life changing challenge. I do find myself making better food choices in general, but still have quite a few entries under "snacks".
