I have always had weight issues. I gave up eating healthy for many years. I'm approaching 50's and I want to be healthy. I want to be able to lead an active life and enjoy each moment. Not to be out of breath from any excretion. So far I've lost 50 lbs and still have 85 lbs to go. Discouraging..embarrassing.
