I'm a retired human, who is dylestic and has a wheat belly. I'm 68 going on 69 years old. Beautiful wife named Claire and three wonderful daughters. A dog ( who thinks she is human) Poppy.
The doctors think I have A/F, but I think it's wind.

LCHF diet
My name is Tim, I'm 68 going on 69 years old. I'm married to my best friend; who keeps me sane and alive.
I decided to start on this road to better health as I have a thin body with a very fat barrel belly. 6 foot 6 inches tall and this belly is an embarrassment. You might ask how I obtained it? Well! I was thin with a flat belly, until I started working as a furniture remover. I then started drinking can's of diet and energy drinks. My belly expanded, even though I was otherwise very fit. Now having retired I can't seem to drop the extra weight and expansion.So here I am going on a LCHF diet that a friend advised. My friend has written books about this diet and as it has work for him and thousands of others, it's time I tried.
