Why can't I enter my own cals, fat and NET carbs when I add a new food to my daily food diary
I use the website on a computer but here's how. Start on My Food Diary page > Click + Add Item under any of the meals > start searching (type in good name like Akins bar) but don't click the magnifying glass and you'll see a [+ Add new food] link to the left of [Add Selected]. After the "add to database" prompt you'll see the page to add all info you want.

NO GREENS FOR ME DIET... BEST DIET EVER doctors ORDERS...
Not eating green leafy vegetables is not a replacement for taking blood thinners prescribed by your doctor.

Can I change my recommended daily calorie intake
If using the website > Start on the My Fatsecret page > Under My Toolbox (right hand menu) click My Diet > click Calculate RDI > change RDI to whatever you want and click save.
