Been rather skinny and generally fit my whole life until mid twenties where it gets more difficult. Trying to organize myself into some healthier habits. I may choose a lot of fast food, but I believe I do it in a way that is fairly healthy. I realize it may be higher in fat content, but this site is helping me understand exactly how much and what other foods can offer better ratios. I don't want to stop eating the foods I enjoy, I just want to control how much. Certain things I do tell myself I cannot do... fries and soda. I've done this before as my only dieting option, and I've lost and maintained 10-15 lbs before... I just want to get this done much sooner this time.
