I've struggled with my weight my whole life and have been overweight for as long as I can remember. My weight has ranged from my heaviest at 266 to my lowest at 178. I've never reached a "healthy weight" for my height.
I've followed a low carb lifestyle for awhile now. My lowest weights have always been when I do well on this eating lifestyle. This year my weight was creeping up again and my 40th birthday is on it's way so I decided to buckle down once again. I am exercising 4-5 days a week and eating clean. I started out at 204.4 on March 11, 2013. I weighed in this morning at 182.8.
My current goal is 155 by November 29, 2013. My final goal is 145 (have not set a date yet).
