Started using this app today (28th July), but actually started my diet on the 7th July.

Starting weight was 83,5kg, waist at navel was 105cm.



02 November 2013

Taking a break from dieting from beginning of October.

My waist measurement (at navel) is now 88 cm. (approx 35 inches). In July, when I started my diet I was 105 cm (approx 42 inches).

I do eventually want to get that down to 82 cm (approx 32 inches).

I am thinking I will just maintain where I am now, and in January go for the final goal :)

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has made a HUGE difference in my life.

I use it, when I remember to, for everything that is not 100% perfect in my life Smile
