Dr. Oz just had an episode on this. He recommended it as a cheat day. Not to go ask out crazy, but to allow yourself the foods you crave in moderation. Thruout the week as you struggle with your cravings , make note and t reel yourself that off you can hold off you can have a little on Sunday. Or if your cutting out pasta, you can have a small dish once a week. Let's face it, most of us will cheat at some point. This gives us control.

Dr. Oz - His thought's on Raspberry Keton (it's a weight loss supplement) What are your thought's
I saw that too. He didn't claim that it would do the work for you, just help keep your metabolism up. You would still have to diet and exercise. I thought about trying it. Keep us posted!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh every morning so I can renew my determination every morning. But I also have a sheet in my kitchen where I track my weekly progress every Saturday morning. I try to have daily, weekly and monthly goals aside from my long term goal so that I don't fall off track too much. Even if I have a bad day or week, I can look at the longer goal and see that I still have made progress in the long run and it makes me feel better.
