Just another anonymous female college student struggling with her weight, nbd. I'm 19, a Sagittarius, and have a history of weight issues. After recently looking at the number on the scale and noticing just how tight all my clothes have gotten, I've decided to start trying to shed some of my near 300lbs. I know right, WOW!

I tend to drink a lot of tea--

32oz of British Breakfast per day with between 1/4 and 1/2 cup of milk total... of course, I spread this out a bit lol! I usually fill my travel mug at breakfast and lunch with a fresh batch, then switch to something a bit less caffeinated for the rest of the day.
