performance: gaining 0.4 lb a week
I should begin by saying 2010 was a very bad year, divorced, lost job of 20 years, and diagnosed with cancer. The stress meter was pegged! I was also overweight (5'8" ,210lb.)and unhealthy. Exercise helped with the stress, so I begin the Paleo diet and regular exercise. I lost 40 lb. In 20 weeks and have maintained the weight, so far (2015). I just got test results and I have been cancer free for 4 years and Cholesterol at 167, march 2015.
Needless to say I am a firm believer in the Paleo diet and regular exercise.
