How I Got Started Bodybuilding/Working Out:
I have always been an active individual. My passion for being fit started at a young age when I started playing soccer. HS is when I started falling in love with weight lifting. I have always done some form of weights but never on a strict plan until March of this year. I love lifting more than cardio and I get excited about my workouts more then ever!
Why I Love Bodybuilding/Working Out:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself and I love seeing progress. I understand that I am what I eat and what I work. Therefore, I can control my physique and more so lately I have enjoyed finding new ways to sculpting my body. I am really still in the exploratory phase to determine my ultimate physique and I am loving every minute of it!
