Hi my name is Tessa.
Spent most of my life battling eating disorders.
I am 19 (nearly 20).
Just got out of an eating disorder clinic which I spent 6 weeks in.
During inpatient I got up to 46kg (101 lbs).
I have lost 5kg (11 lbs) since I was discharged on 22nd January.

Height: 162cm (5'4'')
Current weight: 41kg (90 lbs- 15/02/2010)
Highest weight: 64kg (140 lbs in December 2008)
Lowest weight: 27kg (59 lbs in November 2005)

Recovering from Anorexia
I have gained 5kg in the last 4 weeks bringing my weight up to 43.2kg. Does anyone know of a meal plan for re-feeding? Would appreciate any guidance. =]

Thank you so much for all of your support.
I will record everything I eat and drink starting from today.
That sounds like a good idea.
I suppose when I eat... I get a warped sense of how much I've consumed.
Maybe having it written down will help to realise it really ISN'T that much.

To answer your question, Pale: I have had problems with food since I was a little kid. Maybe 6 or 7. Went undiagnosed until I was 14. At 14 my weight dropped to 27kg (59 lbs). Since then my weight has been up as high as 64kg (140 lbs) which was less than 12 months ago.

Hi my name is Tessa. I am new to the site. In a little bit of a desperate state right now. Got out of hospital 3 weeks ago after a 6 week admission. Left hospital at 45-46kg. I DO want to continue my recovery but it feels too hard right now. I feel disgusting. Since leaving treatment I have fallen to 41kg. I honestly don't know what I want- health or to be thin. In two minds about it. This is both an attempt for me to see what I am eating/drinking... and also an attempt to lose weight. Sorry, that makes no sense. -cry- Could really do with someone to talk to.
