My name is Jeff. I am a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (PC Tech) living in a suburb of Joliet, IL (About 1 hour from Chicago).
I am a husband and father of 3. I don't exercise alot, but I want to set a good example for my kids. I used to smoke 3 packs a day but haven't touched a cigarette in 9 years. I spend about as much on my 3 kids as I would be on 3 packs a day. I think I made the right choice. I gained about 50 Lbs since I stopped smoking. SInce I have never really been in shape, I am looking forward to buffing up for my wife and being able to touch my toes again.
