I'm 55 yrs old. I attempt to walk/run 3-4 miles each day. I lift weights 3 days a week. In a weight loss struggle.
I joined Weight Watchers in Nov. 2004, lost 41 pounds and became lifetime in October 2005. I am employed by Weight Watchers as a receptionist. While I think it's a fantastic program for losing weight, it doesn't seem to be helping me.
I would like to lose about 6 lbs. What a struggle.
