What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
We all have our reasons for wanting to loose weight. I think the thing that got to me the most is when I went to go buy myself jeans and had to start buying the ones with the elastic waist. I never let that kind of stuff get to me though. So 2 weeks ago I decided I was done fooling around and I was going to get healthy, I'm not on a diet, but I now think about what i am eatting and keep record of what I am eatting. I haven't had a smoke in 2 weeks, and I started walking. I walked all but 1 day in the last 2 weeks. And on Friday I went and signed up for a Gym with my other half, today was out first actual work out, and it kicked my butt, I did well for a 340lb woman, I got 40 min of cardio in without it killing me, but I plan on pushing myself and hard. I need to get healthy.
