I am a 29 year old stay at home mom of three. I have a 7 year old daughter, a 4 year old daughter, and a 21 month old son. I have been following the southbeach diet off and on for 3+ years. I quit doing the diet while I was pregnant with my son. I went back to it a month after I had him and lost about 30 lbs. I struggled with it for a while but have been back to it for 5 months strong and I am loving it. My secret is that I do phase 1 mon-sat and then Sunday, I eat whatever I want. I still lose weight and I love it!
