I have been dieting most of my life. I am a mother of 3 girls, and ever since I had my first daughter I had struggled at getting back to my normal weight of 125, which have since plumetted to 190lbs, afterwards. I am hoping to join a group that will help motivate me to stay on the right track. I live in the beautiful Bahamas.
