Im 17. I have a lot of weight to lose at the same time i have to study for stupid university entrance exam that i have in 6 months.
In Iran our everyday meals includes a lot of rice and flatbreads,staying away from carbs is almost impossible but im trying so hard replacing rice with garden salads.
I need motivation.my goal is losing 90 pounds.
im 18 now.a year later and so far i lost almost 50 pounds. im in college now and studying software engineering and loving it!!
2012 was such a great year for me...i made lifechanging decisions that i will never regret them and i'll always remember this year and what i've done for myself.
but there's only one thing that i will regret and it's me not following what i set my mind to i mean my goal of losing 90 pounds and being able to run for 30 mins without stopping in middle!
so im back on track.....
