Hello Everyone. I'm 33 years old and 5'11" tall. I originally lost 90 pounds from December 1, 2002 through June 1, 2003 using the Weight Watchers program. I gained some of it back and started on April 27, 2009 to lose it again using a modified version of Weight Watchers and the Body for Life exercise program. I plan to meet a weight loss goal of 30 pounds by August 14, 2009 (vacation). This gives me approximately 3.5 months.
