I have been overweight for more than 20 years... I have always struggled with my weight. I would like to lose weight to avoid health issues in the future. I love to hike and am enjoying eating healthy. I have learned very interesting things here and am looking forward to changing my lifestyle permanently. There is no going back to the way I ate. I am done with the yo-yo weight loss and weight gain. This is a new way of life but not my entire life. Eating and exercising shouldn't consume anyone's life. I always feared it would. It won't. :)
