Hey Y'all, First Day!
Got bad report from doctor, lose weight or else! The else is what scare's me. So I am looking for some buddies to help and encourage me in my new chapter in my book. I am 50 ish. Diabetic, and 140 lbs. over weight. I'm a good southern cook, everything fried,biscuits and gravy kind a girl. Is there hope for me?! I am going to do ww and try to keep carbs as low as possible. Is their any one out there rowing the same boat as me!
