I have a very hard time staying with diets. I have tried everything, weight watchers worked very well but do to health problems it's not possible to go to meeting anymore. I was very happy to find this sight and am excited to get started. I think I am going with Heatherd's own diet, it seems to be a good one I can follow.

beef stock
Hi everyone! Question Does anyone know how I'm able to make a beef (or chicken) stock without all the sodium? Anything you get at the store has ALOT of sodium in them. Not to good for anyone.Evil or Very Mad

I just signed up today and am unable to put a starting weight or any other info. How can I do this so I am able to start getting rid of this extra weight?
