performance: losing 1.8 lb a week
I lost over 23 pounds after a doctor wanted to talk to me about my weight gain and eating habits. Since then I started modeling and I've been calorie counting since October 2008. I stopped listening to my limit and I've put back on some weight. Now I have about 10 pounds I need to lose, so I'm on here to get it done and to help other people as well.
