I have lived in my condo for 6 years now......I am a member of Bally's (used that 2 x since I'm down here) - Joined curves for a monthly fee and wasn't even using it monthly. Started an outdoor walking schedule, but the Florida heat gets in the way. FINALLY the gym that is the condo's offered a free training on all the machines-so I learned how to use them and I am now a member of my own free gym-that is I use it. It's been fun. Curves was boring, Bally's too difficult for a senior - but this one is just right (says the grandma bear).

Learned about intuitive eating by reading some of my buddies jornals just the other day (but could not find them tonight). However, did a lot of research on internet; don't intend to buy book unless I find myself in a book store. What I read I can relate to. Anybody else on it?
