Tired of being a large person most of my life.I wished i had the little bit of knowledge of how to eat healthier when i was younger.But i know that now that am older and my ailments that come with it by not eating right.I basically know the do's and the don'ts.But don't know what foods work to together to help burn the calories.I want to be more comfortable in my clothing and feeling better about myself.Also to get more healthier and to live a lot longer God willing.So please help me get rid of unwanted pounds and put me on the path of learning fatsecret.
