Belly fat
A great book to read is "The Skinny Bitch". Love that book. It talks about what is in the food we eat today; a real eye opener - not expensive to buy either probably 15 dollars. One of the tips it gives is that if you cut back on Coffee you will cut back on Belly Fat. The thought is Coffee creates stress on the body and secretes the stress hormone - cortisol - which gives us belly fat.

I am not one for books either but it was a really easy read. It gives many many tips.
