Hi everyone,
I am a 31yr old, trying to lose the last 10kg of my pregnancy weight. I have never dieted in my life, but this last year has been different. I have tried a few, but have had to stop due to various reasons... and still stuck with the 10kg.
I did the 30 Day Shred from Jillian Michaels and now am doing 30 Day slim down along with c25k and hoping to do the Extreme Fat Smash Diet.
My goal date for the 30 day slim down + EFS is by the 25th of Sept. Hope it works.!
