I am a pug mom . I work heavy construction and my health and weight have gotten the best of me. I am here to get healthy and start living. Rhumatoid Arthritis and Degenerative Joints have given me no choice but to start taking better care of myself or I am gonna be a 43yr old woman on disability. I want to work but find I just cant carry this big body around with my health issues. I have to admit I am a compulsive overeater and it has consumed my whole life. I am ready to fight back!!! hi jimmy thank you for poking the bear, I have not worked out in quite some time Sad my only excuse is my fibro and pure lazyness, yes I needed a reminder. again thank you! I would put it under walking and choose how strenuous I was going. and if I was really feeling good you can put it under workout machine. Merry Christmas!!!!

Shock well I'm back to try again!!!! was thinking weight watchers and I may very well do that but here is a perfect start, I have lost weight in the past sticking close to here so I am gonna do it again. when spring is here I have to be healthy and lighter to go back to work as a union boilermaker. so lets get this party startedRazz

Confused I joined this site to be held accountable for what I was eating. it saved me and then I did what I always do gave up, my buddy gave and I followed, no excuse I did it and now I am back to square one. Sad
