hmm okay its gonna be weigh in day on sunday and the scale hasnt moved at all still at the same weight and i have no idea why.. i hate when this happens this is why i quit the last time cause i aws expecting to loose the same 14 pounds that i usually loose in the first 2 weeks of induction.. but i'm not gonna give up now.. it doesnt make sense to quit and start up with my bad habits cause i'm just gonna gain all the weight back, not to mention some more..i'm not gonna quit but is still is disappointing espicially when your really getting into the hang of things and not having those darn cravings..how can i get the scale to budge????

Going on strong.. seems like everybody wants me to eat something that i'm not supposed to eat.. for instance my brother told me to have some brazilian food and i said no.. he was like well you dont have to put on that fatsecret website. and he insisted that i eat some.. but i held my ground and didnt bite... not to mention that he asked me this after he said that he was having a big party for his 30th birthday party.. i'm not CHEATING, i want to be able to wear something nice, and not feel down about the extra pudge here and the extra pudge there.. hopefully i can get down to 195 by the end of october. i'm pretty sure that i can make it... Also my mom and i are going to sign up at the gym and i cant wait to start up spinning again..i am so excited about going back to the gym.. i want to show off my body eventually.

things have been going pretty well.. i've been keeping up with my lifestyle change.. i'm so happy that i've dropped some weight, thats always a plus..things in my personal life have been a lil complicated but hey i'm trying my best to not let some of the negative or hardships in my life take away from the fact that i need to make sure that physically i'm taking care of my body.. i didnt even realize till now that i've gained 40 lbs, i was having a hard time before but i didnt let it get this out of hand.. i'm disappointed that i let things get to this point before realizing that this is not okay.. but i'm back on track now and i'm going to keep it that way cause i cant keep on going on like this.. back and forth, makes it harder

didnt even start my atkins lifestyle change till today.. espicially after i gained 5 pounds and i looked at myself in the mirror and i was like yeah i really need to buckle down on my weight.. even though i'm not quite sure that i'm really focused and committed to losing the weight right now.. but i have to give it a try since last year in october i've gained 34 pounds and none of my clothes fit, so now i have to wear my moms old clothes that she doesnt fit into cause she lost weight.. something gots to give.. just cause i'm in school full time and a single parent doesnt mean that i should forget all about me
