Mental weakness D:
I feel the same way most of the time. Growing up my parents always expected me to eat, so I just ate without giving anything a second thought. After actually starting to become aware of my food habits I realized that I ate a lot when I wasn't hungry, just bored. I usually find something to keep myself busy if I'm bored and get my mind off snacking.I try not to keep any unhealthy snacks in the pantry so I don't just eat whatever is around. If you like to snack (like me, choose apples and other fruits that are higher in fiber and filling without being dense in calories. As for exercising, if you don't feel like pushing yourself, just take a small break and come back to it. At the end of the day, all weight loss is is just creating a calorie deficit and maintaining a consistent pattern. Don't get discouraged! You can do it! Smile
