I WOKE UP to myself eating a Ritz cracker... from the looks of it I had about 15-20. Apparently I chewed myself awake. Oh I sleep walk and sleep eat by the way. At least it was just some reduced fat Ritz's instead of like cookies. Planning to get my exercises done today... slurping up some coffee now to make that happen.

Ate a little more than I had intended yesterday but I did run for 30 minutes and stretched for a hour. Camaryn was up all last night complaining that her stomach hurt so today I am exhausted. I will not be exercising today but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Well yesterday I engorged myself. Stress eating and such. I've got to stop doing that. My husband is in Afghanistan and we have 10 minutes a day access to each other so it is a bit stressful to have no one to really destress myself with. I don't want to call anyone up and complain. Thats just typically not how I like to be. However, I really can't keep these trivial matters bottled up because then they just keep expanding and eventually do cause me to lose my head, so I probably will do all of that here. Moving on....
Today has been a pretty successful day!! I jogged for 30 minutes at 5mph - so got in 2.5 miles then did P90X X-Stretch.
Goals for this week:
Jog 30 minutes x 3 days
(Each day adding 0.1 mph from 5.0.... so Day 1: 5.1 mph; Day 2: 5.2 mph; Day 3: 5.3 mph;
2 days of P90x weightlifting

5 days of 50 push ups & 100 crunches
(Day 1: 50 knees; 100 reg crunches)
(Day 2: 1 regular push up per 9 knees; 100 reg crunches)
(Day 3: 1-2 regular push ups per 10 push up ratio; 100 reg crunches)
