I have been heavy all of my life. I come from an ethnic family (Lebanese) with foods that are rich in butter, rice, and sugar. I love food. All of it. Diets? You name it I have been on it. Even went on a liquid diet as Oprah did. Lost 40 lbs. Then the doctor gave me a OK to eat again.

Need help. Been off of sugar for awhile, but I sure do miss it!
