During the summer and fall of 2009, I went from 210 lbs to 155 lbs by controlling my diet (80%) and running. I took up weight training and built back up to 170 lbs, where I've been at from summer 2010 - fall 2011. I hope to shred about 6-10 lbs of fat over the next month or two. To maintain my weight, I subscribe to a vegan diet (and I like it).
